Q1: How does the web design process work?
A1: First, you complete the questionnaire to provide basic information on how you want your website designed. After you complete the order, our design team will begin build 3 drafts to choose from and will deliver a three front page draft within 96 hours.
Q2: What is the turnaround time?
A2: Depends upon complexity of website. Typical site,five pages is drafted within ten business days after contract is signed, returned to WebSites-R-Us and 1/3 down payment has been received.
Q3: Can you help me re-do my existing website?
A3: Yes, definitely. You can email your existing web address. Complete the questionnaire to provide basic information on how you want your website redesigned. If you don't know where to start on the redesign then our design team can build 3 front page drafts for FREE. Send your existing logo via email. We will send you a confirmation email after receipt and drafts within 96 hours of receipt. Price quote will be given after design has been approved.
Q4: How do you deliver the web files?
A4: Your files will be delivered to you through email ready for your server.
Q5: Are revisions free in case I didn't like the web layout sent?
A5: Minor revisions are free up to 90 days after final website is live. AFter 90 days, you will be charged an hourly rate for minor revisions. Major revisions fall into the per hour category. You will deal directly with the assigned designer who will discuss the differences between minor and major revisions. Important to choose from the 3 drafts originally sent to prevent major revision per hour charges.
Q6: Who owns the website?
A6: You own your website. We just retain the right to display the artwork in our portfolio (gallery) and advertising materials. |
